Clarity creates movement

We help leaders and leadership teams regain clarity and shared direction.
When responsibility, complexity, and misalignment start to drain energy and results.

This is not a motivation problem

Most leaders we work with are highly capable, committed, and deeply responsible.
They care about people, results, and doing things well.

What makes things feel heavy isn’t effort.
It’s carrying too much without enough clarity.

When priorities compete, roles blur, and collaboration becomes harder than it should be, even strong leaders can start to feel stuck.

This is where clarity matters.

Our Services:

We work closely with leaders and middle managers, individually and in teams who work in complex organisations.

Our work focuses on clarity, sound judgement, and shared direction β€”
especially when priorities compete and pressure is high.

We support you in:

  • Clarifying direction and priorities

  • Strengthening leadership and decision-making

  • Creating shared understanding across leadership teams

  • Supporting sustainable leadership practices over time

We do not offer quick fixes or standardised models. Our approach is grounded in reflection, dialogue, and practical leadership work.

We offer:

  • Close collaboration

  • High trust and professional integrity

  • Context-sensitive approaches

  • Long-term perspective rather than short-term interventions

We combine consulting, facilitation, and reflective practice in ways that support leaders where they actually stand.

  • We work closely with leaders and middle managers, individually and in teams, over time to support clearer direction and sound decision-making in demanding contexts.

This often includes situations where leadership feels fragmented, overloaded, or constrained by unclear expectations.

    We support leaders in:

    • Regaining clarity and focus

    • Holding direction under pressure

    • Navigating competing demands and responsibilities

    • Strengthening professional judgement and leadership confidence

Our consulting relationships are typically ongoing, allowing space for reflection, adjustment, and sustained development.

  • We facilitate structured processes for leadership teams that need to strengthen collaboration, role clarity, and shared direction.

    This work often focuses on:

    • Clarifying roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority

    • Establishing shared goals at team and individual level

    • Improving collaboration and trust within leadership teams

    • Addressing unresolved tensions or misalignment

    • Establishing clearer ways of working together

Facilitation is always adapted to the organisation’s context and culture. We design and lead structured processes that strengthen collaboration, role clarity, and shared direction within leadership teams.

  • We support organisations through change processes where clarity, alignment, and leadership capacity are critical.

Rather than implementing predefined change models, we work with leaders to:

    • Make sense of complexity

    • Align leadership practice with organisational goals

    • Strengthen coherence across structures, roles, and priorities

Our approach emphasises sustainable change grounded in everyday leadership practice.

  • We design reflective learning processes for leaders and leadership teams who want to develop their practice over time.

    This includes:

    • Leadership reflection groups

    • Professional learning communities

    • Structured leadership dialogues linked to real challenges

The focus is on learning that is relevant, collective, and directly connected to leadership responsibilities.

  • We also offer individual leadership consultations for leaders who need a focused space to think, clarify direction, or work through specific challenges.

These can be booked as stand-alone sessions or as part of a broader engagement.

We work with leaders and organisations internationally, with experience across Europe and North America.

Who We Are

Clear Direction Leadership Consulting is led by Linda Kingdom-Clark, Cecilie Kristoffersen, and Anja Normann.

All three partners are qualified pedagogues and hold master’s degrees in leadership. We are a Norwegian consulting team. We are partly based in Norway and Spain, allowing us to work closely with organisations across Europe.

We bring leadership experience from both the public and private sectors, including education, family-owned businesses, and organisations facing growth or change.

We focus on leadership as it is actually practised: making decisions with incomplete information, balancing demands from different directions, and leading people while managing pressure, responsibility, and constraints.

We do not offer standard solutions. We work alongside leaders to clarify direction, strengthen leadership practice, and support sustainable change.

Practice over theory
Much leadership consulting focuses on structures, strategies, or motivation. We focus on leadership as it is actually practised β€” in everyday decisions, under pressure, and within real constraints.

Pedagogy at the core
Our work is rooted in pedagogy: how adults learn, change behaviour, and work together over time. This shapes how we design processes, support leaders, and create lasting change.

Our Values

Respect for people and context
All three founders are qualified pedagogues and hold master’s degrees in leadership. We understand how people respond to authority, uncertainty, and change because we have worked for years inside complex organisations where people β€” not models β€” make the difference.

No standard solutions
We do not apply generic frameworks. Our work is shaped by professional judgement, organisational context, and the realities leaders face.
